Descripción

Vincent Dauvissat is one of the most prestigious producers in Chablis, where his family has been bottling wine under their name since 1931. Vincent joined his father René in 1976 and today leads the domaine, widely regarded as one of the benchmark estates of the region.

Vineyard work is meticulous and respectful of nature: hand-harvesting, whole-cluster pressing, and spontaneous fermentations. In the cellar, Vincent avoids bâtonnage and ages his wines in 6- to 8-year-old barrels, providing structure and depth without imposing oak character on the aromatics.

Dauvissat’s wines are highly structured and can be tight and even closed in the early years after bottling. However, with proper aging—often 10 to 15 years—they reveal their full potential.

Política de devoluciones

Derecho de desistimiento: Según la normativa de consumo, el cliente tiene derecho a desistir de la compra en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido, siempre que las botellas se encuentren en su embalaje original y sin abrir. Para ejercer este derecho, el cliente deberá notificarlo por escrito a través del formulario de contacto, indicando el número de pedido y los productos a devolver. Los gastos de devolución correrán a cargo del cliente, salvo en caso de producto defectuoso o error en el envío.
Excepciones al desistimiento: No se aceptarán devoluciones de botellas abiertas o manipuladas, ni de productos personalizados.
Productos dañados o erróneos: En caso de recibir un producto dañado o diferente al solicitado, el cliente deberá comunicarlo en un plazo máximo de 24 horas desde la recepción, enviando fotografías del embalaje y del producto afectado. Vin Finesse se hará cargo de la reposición o reembolso del importe, incluyendo los gastos de envío asociados.

Soaring from the glass with scents of citrus oil, pear and dried flowers, it’s medium to full-bodied and textural, with lively acidity and a mineral finish. If only all Chablis would taste like this!”

“There is even more Chablis typicity present on the ripe and fresh aromas of Granny Smith, lemon rind and soft floral nuances. There is again good volume and richness to the attractively vibrant medium weight flavors that conclude in a highly refreshing finale. This would benefit from developing better depth so a few years of keeping should prove beneficial.”

“The 2023 Chablis Village was quite reticent on the nose when tasted from barrel, in the same vein as the Petit Chablis, though it begins to open after a few swirls of the glass. The palate is very lemony, with hints of orange pith, a fine umami sensation with more weight on the finish than the Petit Chablis. Give this two or three years in bottle.”
