Description

Passopisciaro Passorosso 2023 is a blend of old-vine Nerello Mascalese sourced from multiple plots across the northern slopes of Mount Etna, between 550 and 800 metres above sea level. The diversity of volcanic soils — from fine ash to coarse lava stones — brings layered complexity and minerality to the wine.

The grapes are harvested by hand and gently vinified. Maceration lasted 8–9 days at controlled temperatures (26–28°C) to achieve a delicate extraction. The wine then aged for 16 months, mainly in large oak casks, with a small proportion in concrete vats to preserve purity and tension.

The 2023 vintage, shaped by a cool and rainy spring, reveals remarkable freshness and balance. On the palate, it is silky and vibrant, offering fragrant red fruit, citrus zest and a fine saline finish. Passorosso 2023 captures the elegance and energy of Etna’s high-altitude terroir, a wine of finesse and longevity.

The same rate applies from 1 to 6 bottles: from €9.90 in mainland Spain and from €24.90 across the EU. Free shipping on orders over €100 (Spain) and €300 (EU). Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders are only handed over to adults aged 18 or over. Returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Just contact us at info@vinfinesse.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or shipping errors. Opening a bottle or breaking its seal or capsule may reduce the refund. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, with photos; we will arrange a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
