Description

Arpepe Rosso di Valtellina 2022 is crafted from 100% Chiavennasca (the local clone of Nebbiolo), grown on steep, sun-drenched terraces overlooking the Adda Valley. These south- and east-facing vineyards, rooted in decomposed granite soils at 350–400 metres, yield wines of purity, lift and remarkable finesse.

Arpepe — short for Arturo Pelizzatti Perego — embodies five generations of dedication to Nebbiolo delle Alpi. Since the 19th century, the family has worked by hand in the dramatic slopes of the Rhaetian Alps, guided by patience and respect for natural rhythms. Fermentation and maceration take place in large wooden vats over 100 days, followed by nine months of maturation in large casks, concrete and bottle.

The result is a graceful, mountain-born Nebbiolo defined by fine tannins, alpine freshness and subtle red-fruit depth. A testament to artisanal winemaking and the timeless spirit of Valtellina.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We can provide an invoice for business buyers.
Shipping Areas: Shipment to continental EU *ONLY*. NO shipping to the UK/IRL/ISL or any other island outside or within the EU. *
Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.
Delivery Conditions: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an address where the order can be received. If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, etc.), reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Returns Policy

Return Window: In accordance with consumer regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the bottles are in their original, unopened packaging. To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing via contact form, stating the order number and the products to be returned. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.
Withdrawal Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted for opened or tampered bottles, or for personalised products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged product or one different from the item ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the packaging and the affected product. Vin Finesse will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any associated shipping.
